Drug court does allow repeat offenders and violent offenders so this article is false. I say they lose their rights when they break the law. Just have them sign a release.

BETWEEN THE LINES: ‘Health Scare’ Not Over Yet

I think there is a lot to fear. I do not want to be fined if I dont purchase health insurance. The Amish are exempt but I am not. That is discrimination. I have been uninsured for a long time now and pay my medical bills out of pocket. I dont depend on the government, the doctors or the hospitals to pay my tab. What ever happened to working and making it for yourself? I think Health Care reform is necessary but takeover of anything by the Feds has never shown to have a positive outcome. The takeover of the health care system and all the extras in that bill represent a significant loss of freedom in our country. I love the US Constitution. It seems to be missing. Has anyone seen it?
