PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Tea Party Runs Into Raging Liberal

So I'm guessing he was wearing a big "I Am A Liberal" shirt then? Or did he just start yelling at you randomly and you made the informed conclusion that this person was not only a liberal but a true representation of everyone out there? Or maybe...just maybe...he was a jerk. I'm sorry that your children were faced with someone like this but you show YOUR intolerance by saying that this one person is the symbol of an entire group.
Oh and the whole '... entirely funded and staff ed by volunteers...' is not true. I mean unless Karl Rove and Koch Industries are now considered 'volunteers' and 'grassroots organizations'.

PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Thanks For Taking Stand On Announcement

I long for the day when people will quit using religion as a way to justify their bigotry.

Contraceptives and confusion

Do you even remotely research a topic before you write your op-eds? I think the only factual piece of information in your entire rant is your name (and as far as I know you made that up too).

COMMENTARY: Imperialism Vs. Religious Freedom

This isn't about religion but about business. When a church-based organization becomes a business they must follow the law. What about people who work at Catholic institutes who AREN'T Catholic? By denying them health coverage because it's against YOUR religion you are repressing theirs.
Actually I don't even know why I'm trying to explain this to someone who considers our current president an 'Imperialist'. You need to look up the definition of imperialism before you start throwing it around.

PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Same-Sex Marriage Abhorrent

~ “Do you believe that committed homosexual relationships are just as fulfilling as committed heterosexual relationships?”

Yes. Just ask my Uncle and his partner who have been together for nearly 40 years. Or my brother and his partner who just celebrated their 12th anniversary. The only part of their lives that ISN’T as fulfilling as a hetero relationship? Bigoted and uneducated people out there who keep using religion to pass laws that don’t allow them to raise children.

~ "Players" just look to see how much fun they can have in one night without any commitment.”

There are ‘Players’ across the board…a majority of which are actually straight men. Who do you think the beer companies and Extenze are targeting? ‘cause it sure ain’t happily married, monogamous couples.

~ Please, enlighten me about what makes homosexuality so good that it would compel me to explore that possibility for my life…

So when did you make a conscience decision to be a heterosexual?
Please, enlighten the homosexuals out there what is so good about the hetero ‘lifestyle’ that it would compel them to explore that aspect…

PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: One Size Fits Some, Not All

Stopped reading after you used the made-up word 'Obamacare'.
Whatever you said after that didn't matter since you had already stated your intentions for a one-sided argument/attack from the very beginning.

PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Bible Is America’s Foundation

So if our nation was 'based upon the bible' then why isn't it in our constituion?
Everything else in our national document is straight-forward and easily understood...so if our founding fathers had wanted us to be a christian nation don't you think they would have put that in there too?
