I take it you refer to our posts in the animal shelter thread. I said that complaining is not the only thing a citizen can do: a citizen can offer solutions to problems, propose alternatives to courses of action, organize, and so on. People in government hear complaints all the time, so they're as easy to ignore as they are to make.
The remainder of my post has to do with the Tea Party's reliance on complaint as a sole and sufficient course of action. I would be more impressed with the Tea Party if it could do more than attack things that it considers problems.

Lets see, April, May, June, July and August. Was it the heat of August that cause this "unknown" newspaper employee to file a claim?
I see the Benton County Daily Record is keeping up its standards...
