GOP lawmakers pick at Iran effort

[Hey, all of a sudden I got my avatar back!
I hope this post works.]

I would like to hear what the other parties to this agreement think about it, UK, France, Germany, Russia, and China.
Tired of hearing what the "No" party thinks about it.

Instead of bipartisan trap, three or four major parties.

What are those big cultural and ideological differences between Arkansas and Oklahoma? Arkansas and Missouri?

I was not speaking about a one-world government. Don't put words in my mouth.

Why was Robert La Follette despised?
What did he do?
I never heard about his being despised. Source?
He was actually not a Socialist, anyway.

jeffie, once you start reading people out of citizenship because of their political beliefs, where do you stop?

I must clarify that the Borderers were one of four streams of immigrants from the old country. The four groups were quite different and didn't get along that well with each other.

See Colin Woodard's book Eleven Nations for an updateas of 250 years later.

"IRS targeting of various political groups"

IRS deluged with applications for tax-exempt status from TP grooups that were purely political and didn't meet the guidelines for being tax-exempt.
Looks like a set-up so that the TP could cry wolf.

NSA data collection set up under Patriot Act passed under Bush.

Was "you can keep your health plan" pledged before the ACA was modified in Congress?

FFT has answaered all these more than once with lots of facts and sources.

In the election of 1912, the Socialist Party candidate Eugene V. Debs won 6% of the vote, making him the 8th most successful 3rd party candidate since 1852 (Abraham Lincoln was the most successful).
Robert La Follette ran for president in 1924 on the Progressive Party ticket and won 16.6 percent of the popular vote. A reform candidate rather than a socialist, but close.
He was the 6th most successful 3rd party candidate, won more of the vote than segregationist George Wallace did in 1968.

Having lived in about a dozen different states from Florida to Oregon and California to Pennsylvania (with most time in-between) I don't know what in H this business about state's interests is all about.
How do a bulnch of lines on a map make a state into an organic entity?
We aren't the 13 colonies any longer.
