PAST AND PRESENT : The trouble with gradualism
Mr. Terry, I'm not sure where you get your 23 percent statistic about Congress' job approval rating, but you might also note that 22 percent is closer to the median than being an exception. This is according to the Gallop Poll (http://www.gallup.com/poll/121208/Con...). You should really give context to your evidence if you want your points to be given serious credence.
