cc72450- If you assault any state official(police, game warden, university dorm RA's, etc), I believe they are protected by the state making it an automatic felony...
Females have EVERY right to be cops. I personally think we should be more lenient on them if they use a higher level of force on someone than a male would... In all honestly, I wish Lindley would either 1)emptied her clip out on him OR 2)be able to take a baton out on him while his hand are cuffed...

im ashamed to call my self a citizen of fayetteville simply because of bone-head comments like a couple of these made who bash our cities emergency services... this town is too liberal and needs to give credit where credit is due. have you guys ever heard of "benefit of the doubt?" I sure gave it to them when I heard about this

Level 4-Pepper Spray, Baton, Taser
Level 3-Empty Hand Control
Level 2-Verbal Commands
Level 1-Officer Presence
Williams used Levels 1,2, couldnt use 3 or 4 or 5, and used 6

he has prior charges? he wasnt laid off idiot....
the kids i went to highschool with didnt try drugs cause of curiosity, they didnt have a home based family. they lived on their own and didnt get their asses busted when they did wrong. i sure did and im a fulltime student, part time worker, and i am on arkansas athletics... whats your argument now?

HAHA! wow you cant read.... David would be FIRED had he shot at the car... that is VERY against policy and VERY unsafe. what if the bullet ricochet off the concrete and hit the gas tank? MUCH LESS a bi-standard??? an innocent person killed from a bullet belonging in the CRIMINALS chest.

loud speaker... haha you make me giggle: "SIR! PLEASE PLACE YOUR RIGHT FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL AND PLACE YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PARK POSITION WITH YOUR EMERGENCY BREAK ON AND GET OUT OF THE CAR WITH YOUR HANDS UP".... Ok number one, that took 3-4 seconds for me to speak out loud, Second, your criminal just pointed at me, laughed, and took off down west wedington, to the interstate, OH hes in Missouri now. NOT TO MENTION my co-officers are DEAD 10ft away from me because i didnt plant 3 bullets in that CRIMINALS chest.
