City Increases Builder Regulations On Hillsides
FAYETTEVILLE — Homes built on hillsides in Fayetteville in the future will have to undergo a bit more expert evaluation. The City Council has beefed-up the city’s Hillside-Hilltop Overlay District to require foundations for homes or apartments within the district get the approval of a licensed engineer or architect.
