Marble Falls sewer improvement district working on long term plan to fix broken sewer system. A manual pump has been installed to keep it from dumping sewage into a tributary of the Buffalo national River. Each day at about 5 p.m., either Donnie Crain or Vince Law has to go fire up the pump and drain sewage from the lift station alongside Ark. Hwy 7 in Dogpatch.
