Northwest Arkansas Free Health Clinic recently moved to 1100 North Woolsey Ave. in Fayetteville. Deadlines are approaching that will increase health insurance rates for some young workers while lowering them for older employees, a part of the Affordable Health Care Act aimed at reducing the gap between what participants in the same insurance coverage group pay.
