Deannia Pelt, 33, of Rogers, while entering the County Line Liquor store. After stopping to pick up the car’s bumper, Pelt and a passenger reportedly fled the scene. (Left) Pelt was arrested by Springdale officer Ross Patton at Warrior of Arkansas equipment rental off Wagon Wheel Road. Pelt was arrested in connection with felony leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving while intoxicated and a citation for careless driving. The motorcyclist was scheduled for surgery on his leg at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale.
