Construction is nearing completion for the new retail and parking center at the corner of Garland Avenue and Douglas Street. The new center, located at Garland Ave and Douglas Street in Fayetteville, will contain 30,000 square feet of retail space and 1,500 parking spaces for students, faculty and the general public.
