TANKER TREATED Members of Gravette’s Fire Department add the chemical F-500 to the contents of a water tanker near the scene Tuesday of a 2,000-gallon gasoline leak in Gravette. The chemical is used to reduce surface tension of water and prevent combustible material and flammable liquids from burning. The treated water was later flushed through sewer lines to cleanse the sewer of any gasoline.
