Blake Hanby, past president of the Springdale Rotary Club, speaks to donors and guests Monday at a groundbreaking ceremony for a Miracle League park at Randal Tyson Park in Springdale. The park is scheduled to be completed by fall 2010 and will allow children with disabilities and special needs to play baseball on a safe surface.
