Kenneth Raymond "Ken" Reeves, 63, of Hindsville, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 in Springdale. He was born March 12, 1955 in Yakima, Washington, to Chester and Marie McKinney Reeves. He married Judy VanZandt Reeves on March 5, 1971 in Tulsa. Ken was a member of both the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He was also a volunteer firefighter with Piney Point Fire Department. Together with his wife they owned and operated Phillips Trash Service. Ken was always happy and whistling, generous and kind, and above all devoted to his family. In addition to his wife, Judy, he is survived by a daughter, Shannon Passmore and husband Bryan; two grandchildren, Taylor and Tanner Passmore; and his mother, Marie. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester, and a brother, Larry Reeves. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, September 24, at Mount Zion Free Will Baptist Church in Hindsville. Interment will be 3 p.m. Monday at Rock Creek Cemetery near Marshall. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home, online obituary and guestbook at www.heritageofnwa.com.
