Ed Chappell

Ed Chappell, 59, of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in Fayetteville. He was born July 15, 1959 in Bellflower, Calif. to Troy and Alpha Stout Chappell. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larry Joe Chappell; and stepfather, Leonard Reese. Ed was the Telecommunications Manager at Washington Regional Medical Center for many years. He loved to fish, golf, ride motorcycles and enjoyed camping. He was a "Superman" to his daughters and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Caselman Chappell of the home; two daughters, Carrie Chappell Waggoner and husband, Jason of Porter, Texas and Lacey Chappell Gordon and husband, Kevin of Farmington; a brother, Carlton "Corky" Chappell and wife, Dorise; a sister, Betty Jo; four grandchildren, Kenyan and Lainey Waggoner, Kaylee Youngblood and Addyson Gordon; nephew, Larry Ray Chappell and wife, Christina; and many other nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday, September 10, 2018 at Farmington Cemetery with Randall Caselman and Bill Hooten officiating under the direction of Beard's Chapel. Song services will be by Jason Waggoner. There is no scheduled visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the NWA Women's Shelter, P.O.
