Jerry Dallas Cook

Jerry Dallas Cook, age 74, passed away in Bentonville, Ark. on October 14, 2018. He was born on October 5, 1944 in Hume, Mo. to Carson and Pauline (Teague) Cook. He is preceded in death by both parents and a son, Lieutenant Jarid Dallas Cook. He is survived by his wife, Debbi (Hutcheson) Cook; daughter, Jennifer and Travis Turner of Fayetteville, Ark.; sisters, Bonnie Alkire of Hampstead, N.C., Nancy and Robert Hall of Tomball, Texas; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held in Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville, Ark. on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Callison-Lough Chapel on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Rogers City Cemetery.
