Dester Harrell Ogden

Dester Harrell Ogden, 82, was born and grew up in Witter, Arkansas, died Sunday, September 30th, 2018. Dester was the son of Archie and Ruby Ogden. He graduated from high school in Huntsville, Arkansas. Dester went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas in 1959 with a mechanical engineering degree. He proudly gained professional success while employed at Chrysler Corporation, at NASA, Tennessee Valley Authority and White Sands Missile Range. He is fondly known as "Rocket Man" and "Mr. Dester" through out Northwest Arkansas. Dester will indeed be missed by many. His compassion and joy-filled engagements with those he met was endearing. Papa Dester relied on the Christ and God's Word to guide him. As a friend stated on Monday, Dester "can see the moon and is with THE SON!"
