Jesse F. Guinnip, 67, of Paris, Arkansas formally of Clarksville passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018. He was born January 3, 1951. He is survived by two nephews, Dale Guinnip of Paris and Michael Guinnip of Clarksville. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home Paris.
