Sue A. Dunnaway Woods, 85, of Bentonville, Ark. died September 30 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. A lifelong resident of Benton County, she was born in Hiwasse, Ark. on April 12, 1933 in their family home. Her parents were W.P. Dunnaway and Fleeta Galyean. She retired from The Bank of Gravett as a teller after 37 years of service. Bank of Gravett was lucky to have a devoted employee who greeted customers as friends, took pride in the bank, and popped popcorn on the first snowfall of the year. You could always get a brown bean lunch at Sue's house every Tuesday. A faithful member of the First Christian Church of Gravette where she raised her children and grandchildren and made sure her great grandchildren attended. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was committed to her weekly service to the Samaritan House in Rogers. Sue was a simple woman who demanded simple things: cleanliness is next to Godliness, love and forgive, and have compassion for all. Sue was not afraid of working hard and loving harder. She is preceded in death by her husbands: Robert H. Dugan, Billy D. Kelly, James L. Woods, and daughter, Rebecca Ann Clinton. She is survived by her daughter Margaret Jane Wilber (Mitchell) of Gravette and stepdaughter, Paula Anderson of Fort Smith; granddaughters, Heather Finley (Bill), Hidee Duncan (Kelly), Kamron Whitehead, Kori Wilber (John), Kara Kramer (Brandon), Jordan Lehnen, and Katelyn Yancey (Cody), 13 great-grands; three brothers Charles, Paul, and Gary and one sister Ann Red. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd, Bella Vista, Arkansas from 5 to 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 3rd, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Donald Miller officiating.
