Anton Stoffel

Mr. Anton Stoffel, age 86, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away peacefully into heaven on, Saturday, February 25, 2018, with his wife Kathleen at his side. Tony was born in Glarus, Switzerland, grew up in Zurich and emigrated to the US at age 30. He worked as a field engineer for Rockwell International Goss on Printing Presses all over the world. After retiring he joined his wife in their Real Estate Appraisal Company (Albright and Associates.) He loved both of his careers and continued to work through August of 2017. He loved camping with his RV's, deep sea fishing and playing Black Jack. Prior to living in Arkansas he resided in Montgomery, Illinois for 24 years. Tony is survived by his wife Katheen of the home and dog, Sugar, one son, Rene Stoffel (Pam) of Buxton, N.C., one brother-in-law, Robert Albright (Judy) of Montgomery, Ill., two nephews Lucas Albright (Barb) and Ben Albright (Anna) also from Illinois, 2 great nephews and one great niece. One brother, Rolf Soffel (Heidi) of the Riviera Region of France. A memorial service will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista on Monday, March 5, at 1:00pm with a reception to follow.
