Fleeta Mae Moore Clark, 100, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born on February 4, 1918, to James Roy and Minta Moore in Pampa, Texas. Fleeta was a homemaker known for her chicken and dumplings. She retired from Baldwin Piano at age 63, but continued to work in the Green Thumb program until the age of 90. She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and three sisters, husband C.E. Bud Clark, son Gary Joe Clark I, grandson Doug, and great granddaughter Tiffany. Fleeta is survived by sons Gene Clark and his wife Oleta of Cabot, Arkansas and Roy Clark and his wife Janis of Bella Vista, Arkansas; daughters Muriel Shipley of Fayetteville, Tillie Clark of Winslow, Arkansas, and daughter-in-law Lorene Clark of Winslow, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12th, at Moore's Chapel Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 13th, at 10 a.m. at Farmington Church of Christ with Michael Raine officiating. A private family burial will take place later at Sunset Cemetery in Winslow, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
