Bob Wayne Farley

Bob Wayne Farley, 82 year old resident of Westville, Oklahoma, died on July 16, 2018 at his home. Born on March 24, 1936 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, he was the son of Jesse John Farley and Grace Lorene Daniels Farley. Bob graduated high school in Siloam Springs and attended Arkansas Tech University and Tulsa Drafting School. He married Ethelyn Jones on February 5, 1961 and they recently celebrated their 57th anniversary. He was owner and operator of Farley's Inc., a manufacturing company that builds pressure washers, in Siloam Springs. Bob was a founding and charter member of Cleaning Equipment Trade Association, for which he received a lifetime achievement award. He was a deacon and lifetime member of the First Assembly of God Church in Siloam Springs. Bob loved to go hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Iris Dill; and a brother, Jack Farley. Bob is survived by his wife, Ethelyn Farley of the home; two sons, Melvin Farley of Cincinnati, Arkansas, and Calvin Farley and wife Tina of Siloam Springs; a daughter, Angie Thurman and husband John of Siloam Springs; 9 grandchildren: Leslie Crawford and husband Kevin of Westville, Lacie Gregory of Siloam Springs, Henry Hardaway and fiancé Willa Fry of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Jacob Hardet and wife Ashlyn of Paris, France, Kyle Hardaway and companion Kirstie Liebenberg of Little Rock, Arkansas, Colton Farley and companion Brittany Lyons, Trevor Thurman, Josh Thurman, and Jacob Thurman all of Fayetteville; and two brothers, Vern Farley and wife Beverly of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Bill Farley and wife Cyd of Owasso, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at The Assembly in Siloam Springs, with Pastor Gary Wheat officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs.
