Cindy Ann Duncan

Cindy Ann Duncan, 45, passed away on February 6, 2018 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born April 5, 1972 in Rapid City South Dakota to Richard and Patricia Howell Sletten. Cindy worked as an Executive Secretary for Peterson's and was a former Title Clerk; she was also member of Neighborhood Church in Bentonville. She was preceded in death by her father Richard Sletten. She was survived by her husband James "Jim" Duncan of Rogers, her mother Patricia Howell, children MacKenzie Duncan of Rogers, Rachel Duncan of Decatur, Candance Clark (Aaron) of Pea Ridge; her siblings Tammy Freeman, BreAnna McAllen (Robert) and Jeff Sletten; one grandchild Austin Clark. Memorial Service will be at 2pm Monday February 12, 2018 at The Neighborhood Church located at, 2003 SW Regional Airport Blvd in Bentonville Arkansas.
