Hazle Louise Frisby left this world to be with her Lord and Saviour on August 24, 2018. The day that she longed for is finally here. Hazle was born March 5, 1936, in Loy, Arkansas; to Fred and Rosie Casteel Pharris. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Freddie Hughe Pharris. Hazel is survived by her husband, Gerald, of the home; two sisters, Jannie Marie Rogers of Wichita Falls, Texas; and Billie Joe Parker of Ozark, Missouri; one son, Herman Frisby of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one daughter, Terry Douthit, and husband Carroll, of Springdale, Arkansas; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Hazle's joy was her family, church family, and friends. She enjoyed doing for others and always put everyone else above herself. She loved working in the church and helping wherever she could. Hazle worked as a seamstress and drove a school bus. She loved everyone with all her heart and will be dearly missed by all. Services will be August 31, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Church in Springdale, Arkansas, with Pastor Clark Snow officiating. Visitation will be August 30, 2018, from 5-7 p.m. at Calvary Church. Burial will be in Wharton Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Herman Frisby, Jesse Mars, Ben Stuckey, Eric Douthit, Michael Douthit, Hayden Douthit, and Carroll Douthit. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
