Mary Nell Whorton

Mary Nell Whorton, 72, of Springdale, died August 12, 2018 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. She was born April 22, 1946 in Ector, Texas to George Morris and Edith Janell Glenn McGlocklin. Mary retired from Tyson after 40 years, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and playing cards with her neighbors. She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Ingram and wife Missy of Tontitown, and Boyd Ingram of Springdale; two brothers, Larry McGlocklin and wife Sandra of Springdale, Paul Cole and wife Susan, of Lowell; four grandchildren, Ashley Pound, Bailie, Stacy, and Tracy Davidson; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Ingram, her daughter, Lynn Davidson, and a grandson, Brandon Ingram. A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, August 16, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with internment at White Oak Cemetery.
