Bertis Wayne Dixon

Bertis Wayne Dixon, 82, died September 9, 2017 in Fayetteville. Mr. Dixon was born in Muddy, Saline County, Illinois on August 6, 1935, the son of William Bertis Dixon and Ina Elizabeth Myers. He attended Harrisburg Township High School. He is survived by his wife, Marie Dixon, of Fayetteville; former wife, Roberta Booten, and children Judilee Dixon Fitzhugh, Kathy Dixon Hilliard, David L. Dixon, Darryl R. Dixon, Jeffrey S. Dixon, Kenneth T. Dixon, Susan Dixon Green, and a wealth of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Son, Steven W. Dixon, preceded him in death.
