Clyde Henry Carroll Jr.

Clyde Henry Carroll Jr., 74, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Fayetteville. He was born July 25, 1943 in Mammoth Spring, Ark. to Clyde Henry and Irene Charlton Carroll Sr. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Hurtt and a granddaughter, Katherine Grace Carroll. He was a U.S. Army veteran; worked 22 years with the federal government; was President of the Amateur Trap Shooting Association and attended West Ridge Free Will Baptist Church. Survived by his wife, Eleanor Wisehart Carroll of the home; sons, Craig Carroll and wife, Angela of Allen, Texas and Kevin Carroll of Fayetteville; and two grandchildren, Noah and Olive Carroll. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Beard's Chapel with Reverend Larry Little officiating. Cremation arrangements by Beard's Funeral Chapel.
