Donald Fay Eichenberger

Donald Fay Eichenberger, 80, was born June 21, 1937 in Clarksville, Ark., to his parents, Frank and Florence (Blackard) Eichenberger and passed away Aug. 27, 2017 in Russellville, Ark. He was a graduate of Clarksville High School, a Naval Reserve, a lineman, a gunsmith, entrepreneur, fireman, and a member of the Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by wife, Shirley Jane (Havener) Eichenberger, his parents, and his brother, Frank Carl Eichenberger. He is survived by his son, Don Alfred Eichenberger and wife, Myra, of Springdale, Ark., his daughter, Sue Ann Jernigan and husband, Gary, of Dardanelle, Ark., three grandchildren, Zach Eichenberger (Rachael) of Fayetteville, Ark., J.T. (Candice) of Lake Tahoe, Calif., and Emma Jernigan of Dardanelle, Ark., and two great-grandchildren, Sloane and Deacon Eichenberger. Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5 at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville. The Memorial Service will follow at 11 a.m. at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Horne Presiding.
