L.J. Perona Jr. After 50 years of marriage and a successful farm business, Louie lost his battle with cancer on Oct. 5, 2017, and starting his journey to receive the gift of eternal life having accepted Jesus in his heart. He is leaving behind his wife, Pat Haden Perona; sons, Michael (Sharon) and Brett (Kathy); grandsons, Brandon, Derek, Hayden, Louis; sisters, Sheila Canup (Jim) and Cerese Roberts (Danny); four nieces and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, with the family receiving friends after the service. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10 at Yell Cemetery in the Robinson Community of Benton County. There will be no public viewing.
