Carla Jean Hines

Carla Jean Hines, age 54, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville. She was born on March 25, 1963, in Homer, Louisiana, to Carl and Connie Imogene Dailey Hines. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Russell Hines. Carla had a heart of gold. She could always be found helping others whether it be to meet their financial needs, or just to give of her time. Her love extended to animals as well and she was always donating her time and money to local animal shelters. She was known for her compassionate, kind heart. She loved her family and treasured her nieces and nephews as her own. She also had a passion for singing and doing karaoke. She is survived by her two sisters, Debbie Patterson and Sue Brown; Her two nephews, Matthew Henderson and Tim Henderson; her great-niece and nephew, Auty and Eli Henderson; and her best friend, Barbara Garner. There will be a celebration of life memorial service held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
