Maria Jean (Hunt) Reinking, 58, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home on May 6, 2017 after bravely fighting colon cancer. Jean was born July 1, 1958 to Clifford and Cleova Hunt in Estherville, Iowa. She attended schools in Estherville and graduated with the class of 1976. She then continued her education at American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated with an Associate of Accounting Degree in 1978. After graduation, Jean returned to Estherville to marry Steve Rosburg. They had two children, Amanda and Eric. Jean worked as a bookkeeper at Golden Sun Feeds and K&S Lumber Company. Jean went on to purchase K&S and renamed it America Lumber Company. She was excited to be the first woman in Iowa to own a lumber company. Unfortunately, due to a devastating fire in 1997, America Lumber was a complete loss. In 1998, Jean and Randy Reinking relocated to Bella Vista, Arkansas where they married and began working in the car business. Jean became quickly known for her passion, knowledge and success in the business. She worked in various positions such as Salesperson, Sales Manager and finally Financial Manager in the Bentonville and Fayetteville area. Jean, also known as Mama Jean, will be remembered for her devotion and love to her granddaughters, Amaya and Olivia. She was a loving, caring and generous person which was evident in her care for her parents, Cliff and Cleova. Jean is survived by her husband Randy; children, Amanda (Monte) Whitson, Eric Rosburg (Alicia) and stepson, Shawn Reinking; mother, Cleova Hunt; sisters, Michele Barnes and Jodi (Henry) Maddocks; brother, Jim (Cynthia) Hunt; grandchildren, step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Hunt and her grandparents. There will be a family funeral held at a later date.
