Mary Lou Campbell

Mary Lou Campbell, 75 of Springdale, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Springdale. She was born on November 23, 1941 in Creston, Iowa, to Alfred Andrew and Edna Marie Johnson Adkisson. Mary Lou was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing Nintendo, cooking, gardening, crocheting, and fishing. She also enjoyed camping, traveling, and spending time with her grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and eight sisters. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, John Campbell of the home; three sons, Billy Campbell and wife Shirleen of Comanche, Okla., Jackey Campbell and wife Angela of Springdale, and Andrew Campbell and wife Kathy of Farmington; one daughter, Robin Arnold and husband Dan of Harrison; one sister, Katherine Stone of Diagonal, Iowa; two sisters-in-law, Geneva Adkisson of Pella, Iowa, and Betty Adkisson of Grand River, Iowa; many nieces and nephews, and 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Stuckey Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
