Janice Schmidt, 83, of Rogers, passed away June 12, 2017. Born September 8, 1933 in Elkmont, Wisconsin to Charles and Gladys Owen. She was a retired school teacher. Survivors her husband Allen Schmidt; siblings Leonard Owen and Marcene Carlson. Graveside service 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Rogers Cemetery.
