Jerry Don Canada

Jerry Canada, 58, of Westville, Okla., passed away on July 5, 2017 at Fayetteville, Ark. from hospital food. Survived by his wife Gina Darling Canada; mother, Pauline Canada; and children Keri Horton, Bobbie Craven and Jason Canada; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Canada; his father, Horace Canada; his brothers, Tommy and Terry Canada and sister Sandra Canada. He was a long time roofer for Franklin and Son Roofing. He was a legend in his time. He loved Fords, fried chicken, Friday night and country life. He has done everything from chasing the ginger bread man to being hit in the head with a frying pan, 1000 horses couldn't take this man down but hospital food managed to defeat him. He will be loved and missed by a lot of people. There will be a memorial at the Westville, OK Community Building on July 10, 2017 from 6:30-8 p.m. Bring a covered dish and celebrate his life with us.
