Rita Arlene Allen

Rita Arlene Allen, 76, of Bentonville, passed from this life on June 29, 2017 in Bentonville. She was born on July 13, 1940 in Burbank, Calif., to Clinton and Margaret (Burns) Fox. Rita was happily married to Jerry Walter Allen on July 20, 1957. She is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 60 years, Jerry Allen of Bentonville; her son Jeffery Allen and wife Judy of Bentonville; and grandsons Wyatt Allen, Logal Allen and Trevor Allen all of Lompoc, Calif. Rita had a contagious laugh that lifted everyone around her. She also had a passion for sewing. She was a very devoted wife to Jerry and a loving mother. Rita will be missed by all who knew her.
