Nell Lucille Renegar

Nell Lucille Renegar, age 96, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday Jan. 7, 2017. She was born Aug. 14, 1920 in Simms, La. to James Franklin and Louella Garlington Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Lt. Col. Gerald E. Renegar (Ret.) last June. She is survived by two sons, Dr. Gary E. Renegar and wife Billie of Fayetteville and Jimmie D. Renegar and wife Becky of Springdale; daughter, Penni Arney and husband David of Branson, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Kristi Lewis, Karen Gentz, Kathy Plunkett, Shannon Dillard, Dana Renegar, Mandy Sherman and Allison Bramhall; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 10, 2017 at Moore's Chapel. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
