Winfred Ray "Pete" Hart, 94, of Harrison, Ark., died Jan. 2, 2017 at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Ark. He was born July 8, 1922 at Caddo Gap, Ark., the son of John H. and Zula Baldwin Hart. He had retired from the Cooperative Extension Service after thirty years of service. He was a veteran of  World War Two, serving in the United States Navy, a Baptist and a fifty-eight year member of the Masonic fraternity holding membership in Huntsville Lodge #364, Free and Accepted Masons at Huntsville, Ark. Survivors include: his wife, Alice Marie Hicks Hart of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Richard Hart of Ashland, Mo., and Randy and Jeanette Hart of Gainesville, Ga.; one grandson, John David Hart of China, and one granddaughter, Sarah Marie Hart of Omaha, Neb. Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Jan. 10, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Brad Moore officiating and Masonic rites by Huntsville Lodge #364, Free and Accepted Masons.  Interment will be in the Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Ark. Pallbearers will be: Clay Bolton, Kyle Kimmel, James K. Hart, David Cline, Cliff Cline and Tom Tice.
