Darrell Robison, 83, of Rogers, Ark. died peacefully Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his home. He was born on April 25, 1934 in Portland, Ore. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Robison and his mother, Gladys Robison. Darrell is survived by his beautiful wife, Patti Fague Robison; four children, Kimberley Robison Pierce and husband, Ken, Susan Robison Sears, Scott Collins Robison and wife, Sally and Amy Robison Campbell and husband, Charles; one sister, Joan of Portland, Oregon; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard. He married Patti, the love of his life on September 13, 1958. He graduated from Oregon State University with an Industrial Engineering degree and a BS in Business Technology & Administration. After graduation, Darrell began a 35-year career with Union Carbide/First Brands where he was loved and greatly respected. Darrell was an accomplished engineer and had the ability to fix anything. He was passionate about antique car and boats, boating, conservative politics, his wife, serving his country, storms, and his beloved coast of Oregon. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at First United Methodist Church, 307 Elm St. Rogers, Ark. 72756, with Larry Ott officiating the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Darrell's life. Donations may be made to "Circle of Life Hospice" or "Meals on Wheels." The family would like to thank many friends and caregivers for their efforts, care and dedication. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
