Ruthie E. Wood

Ruthie E. Wood, 88, of Fayetteville passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born May 15, 1929 in Durham, AR. to Rosco and Rosie White Osburn. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Wood; and a daughter, Vonda Wood. Ruthie is survived by two sons, Paul Wood of Springdale and Rocky Wood of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Christy Harris, Eric Wood, Justin Wood, Cody Wood, Ashley Wood and Amy Wood; seven great-grandchildren, Mikayla Wood, Lane Maul, Gavin Wood, Samuel Bailey, Rhys Wood, Reid Wood and Colt Wood. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Beard's Chapel. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 at Beard's Chapel.
