James L (Jim) Morriss Jr., 80, of Fayetteville, died April 12, 2017 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born on Aug. 9, 1936 in Shreveport, La., to James Lane and Ellen Louise Carithers Morriss. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19 at Cross Church in Springdale. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
