Regean Howard, 92, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away April 8, 2017. She was born April 12, 1924 in Vista, Arkansas. Graveside Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the National Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel Fort Smith, Arkansas.
