Lillie "Sue" Kennan

Lillie "Sue" Kennan, age 79, of Rogers, Ark., passed away on Sep. 27, 2016 in Rogers. She was born February 24, 1937 in Garfield, Ark. to the late Owen and Lillie Snyder Mitchell. She was a lifelong resident of the Rogers area, a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogers and was a homemaker. She is survived by a son, William Kennan of Rogers, Amy Rollins and her husband Bob of Pea Ridge, her grandchildren, Tommy Rollins and his wife Jennifer, Mandy Rollins Burk and her husband Gavin, Cody Kennan and his wife Kaly and Kris Raper and his wife Lori, and by 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William R. Kennan, a brother, Kenneth Mitchell and a sister, Eva Reed. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 30 at 11 a.m. at Rogers Cemetery in Rogers. Rev. Ben Rowell will officiate the service. Memorials may be made to the Rogers Humane Society or to the Rogers First Baptist Church Christian School. Services are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
