Jackie K. Phelps, "Jack", passed away Tuesday, September 6th, 2016 in Rogers, Arkansas, at the age of 77. Jack is preceded by parents, Leslie "Bud" and Ruby Phelps; daughter, Daretta J. Phelps and son, Jeffery D. Phelps. Jack's spirit is carried on by wife, Darlene Phelps; daughter, Renda K. Johnson and spouse Raymond, daughter, Relby R. Phelps and Kenneth Chamberlain, son, Leslie R. Phelps, son, Jason J. Phelps and spouse Catrina; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family will hold a private viewing. No memorial services will be had.
