Ilene Anderson Bowen

Ilene Anderson Bowen, a resident of Springdale, Arkansas was born February 24, 1932 in Yocum Creek, Ark., daughter of Charlie and Ethel (O'Neal) Anderson. She departed this life Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 84 years. Ilene was a Christian and she loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her children, daughter, Glenda Young and husband, Harold of Elkins, Arkansas; daughter, Brenda Fields and husband, Paul of Gentry, Arkansas; sister, Charlene Keller and husband, Loren of Loma Linda, California; three grandsons, Heath Young of Summers, Arkansas, Brad Crabtree and wife, Kim of Gentry, Arkansas; Brian Young and wife, Amanda of Farmington, Arkansas; four great grandsons, Tanner and Takoda Crabtree of Gentry, Arkansas; Cade and Corbin Young of Farmington, Arkansas; one great granddaughter, Kenley Young of Farmington, Arkansas; two step-great grandsons, Cody Berkshire and Stetson Priesmeyer; and one step-great-great-grandson, Hudson Priesmeyer; several nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ethel (O'Neal) Anderson; two infant children; two brothers, Lex and Lev Anderson; and six sisters, Audrey Epley, Elvada Boxwell, Snowdie Boyd, Eunice Asbury and Carmeletta (Carmie) White Humbard. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Yocum Cemetery, Oak Grove, Arkansas with Pastor Van Edwards officiating.
