Max Leslie Langham

Max Leslie Langham went to be the Lord, Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at his home in Fayetteville. Born Nov. 6, 1942 in Elm Springs to Joe and Katie Langham. Max worked in the automotive business throughout his adult life. Max loved making people laugh and time with his family and friends. He was a loving and fiercely caring husband, father and unshakeable friend to many, as well as an Elder at Black Oak Baptist Church. He joined the United States Navy and was veteran of the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Katie Langham, and his brother Gary. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Langha; and his son, Josh and wife, Chanda; and grandson, Lane Martin, as well as three sisters Joan Coe, Jeanette Laningham, and Neta Marceaux. Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, from 5-7 p.m. at Beard's Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at Beard's Funeral Chapel at 10 a.m., Tuesday Nov. 1, 2016.
