Kenneth Lewis "Casey" Casebolt

Kenneth Lewis "Casey" Casebolt 65, of Springdale passed away Oct. 22, 2016 in Springdale. Kenneth was born May 2, 1951 in Fort Smith, Ark., to the late Jewel ‘Casey" and Bess Casebolt. He served as a medic in the Army from 1969 till 1975 before returning to NW Arkansas. He then spent a number of years as a traveling nurse throughout the country. Following this, he worked in several hospitals in NW Arkansas as a scrub tech in surgery and subsequently a surgical first assistant with Dr. Joe Parker and Dr. Jerry Dorman, his brother in law. He is survived by a daughter Kimberly Johnston of College Station, Texas. Three sisters Freda Moore, Jackie Dorman and Denise Davis all of Springdale, and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment services will be Tuesday Nov. 1, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Cremation services are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
