Faye Lucille Rogers

Faye Lucille (Crews) Rogers has joined her Heavenly Father and family at the age of 98. She was a resident of Rogers, Ark., at the time of her passing on Oct. 28, 2016 from natural causes of a long and wonderful life. Faye was born Oct. 11, 1918 in McCurtain County, Okla., to Lester Crews and Victoria Harris Crews. She married Harold Madison Rogers in Crawford County, Ark., on May 28, 1938 and they were together 55 years. She was a former farmer and restaurant owner in Alma, Ark., before retiring after a long and successful career with Union Carbide in Rogers, Ark. She is survived by her son-in-law, Mr. Bill Campbell of Mountainburg, Ark., and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nina Rogers of Rogers, Ark. She is also survived by a loving legacy of 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Faye was blessed with the love of five sisters who also survive her, Mrs. Ruth Kelley, Mrs. Edith Darr, Mrs. Millie LaRue, and Mrs. Pete Manning, all of California. Faye was predeceased by her parents, Lester and Victoria Crews; her brothers, Claude and Leslie Crews; her husband, Harold M. Rogers; her daughters, Helen Campbell and Victoria Kosier; and her sons, Jack, Tom and Ted Rogers. Services to celebrate the life of this amazing woman will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Benton County Memorial Park.
