Sandra Kay Goforth, 73, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, Oct. 3, 2016. She was born March 9, 1943 in Fort Wayne, Ind. to Edward and Edith McDaniel. She is survived by her husband, Tony Goforth, three siblings, Sue Foreman, Rose Ryan, and Glen McDaniel all of Toledo, Ohio. Cremation arrangements by Moore's Chapel.
