Dorleen Crutchfield
Dorleen Crutchfield of Rogers, Arkansas passed away in her home on September 30th, 2016. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1929, she was a Rogers resident 28 years. Moving to Rogers after retiring as a librarian from Rockwall, Texas, she was a volunteer at the Rogers Library for 20 years. She was an avid gardener and former President of the Rogers Garden Club. She was a passionate reader and her book log showed 1,976 books read since 1960. She passed with a book in her hand and will be laid to rest that way.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Kenneth Crutchfield, two sons; David Crutchfield of Plymouth, Michigan, and Casey Crutchfield of Rogers, Arkansas, and two granddaughters.
Graveside services will be held at Benton County Memorial Park on Thursday, October 6, at 2 p.m.
