Danny Lee Towles

Danny Lee Towles, 76, of Bella Vista died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016 in Bentonville. He was born February 5, 1940 in Parsons, Kan., to Earl and Nell Towles. Danny served in the U.S. Army, retired as a Machinist from Union Pacific Railroad, and loved old cars, especially his 1939 Chevrolet. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Wallace Towles of Salina, KS and Clyde Towles of Parsons, Kan.; and one sister, Dorthy Blackburn of Parsons, Kan. Danny is survived by his wife, Jewell Towles of Bella Vista; two sons: Todd Towles and his wife, Lisa of Colorado, and Earl Towles and his wife, Bobbi of Olathe, Kan.; and five grandchildren: Adison, Brooklyn, Breaeden, Bryce, and Brennleynne. A graveside service with military honors will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Parsons, Kan., on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers, Ark.
